To identify your Senators and their contact information, visit www.congress.org and enter your zip code. You can send an email or fax containing the message below. The most effective way is to call them directly. Call the Capitol Switchboard at 202-224-3121 and ask for the Senator's office and then ask for the Health or Appropriations Legislative Aide.
